Why? Because there's a lot of crap out there - Don't worry - you'll find the right one - Just moved into ours last week. You have to be patient, but you'll find it.

We are looking in the wantagh, seaford, massapequa, mass park area we are looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment.

I second Craigslist. FH and I bought a co-op in Brooklyn last September. We must have seen 25 places. But, the best place (our place ) was found on Craigslist. The real estates were no help.
