arboretum in great river (oakdale)

does anyone know anything about the arboretum in great river/oakdale? i would love to go check it out-
----can i just go there-

---is it open all of the time

-- do i have to pay to use the site for pictures (and reserve the day?)?

Is this the Bayard Cutting Arboretum? (I'm not sure of the spelling) If so, I don't think it costs anything. We might be doing some of our pictures there.

We had our pictures taken there!! It is a beautiful place. It just cost $5 per car. Make sure you tell your photographer to take pictures out side the house that is on the grounds...you are not allowed to take pictures inside.

We are having our pictures taken there too!
You don't have to tell them you are comming. You can go see it whenever you want. The house is a beautiful backdrop. They have a beautiful water area too. No matter where on the property you go, look out for goose droppings!!
If you have a NY state park pass, it's part of the NY state park system. We go all the time to walk together and imagine being there on our wedding day.
It's $5 per car to get in (you won't have your parking pass if you have one becaues you will be in the limo!)

does anyone know if they have anything indoors? we won't have any daylight left when we take pictures.
