I say no, but I rarely wear shoes with more than 1'' heel.

I think It depends on what you're used to...except for my sneakers all my shoes have at least 2.5 heels and I wore 3.5 inch for my wedding and thought nothing of it...if you're not used to it they may be hard to wear all day

I will be wearing heels that high for as long as I possibly can on my wedding day...
My FH is 6'6 and I'm 5'4...so I need a high shoe because he is soooo much taller than me!
I'm bring wedge flops for later in the day when my feet start to hurt too much!!!

I say no. My shoes are 4 inches, but I wear heel often. I will have comfy shoes available to change into and the reception if I need to.

i think I might look for something lower. I'm not an experiences heel wearer.

I personally don't think that is too high but I wear 3 -4 inch heels on a daily basis for work.

Mine were 3 1/2 and I mad it to about 9 then went for the pretty white slippers :)

a girl after my own heart! being able to wear flip flops somewhere literally makes my day! I think if they shoes are broken in enough, they would be fine

My feet always hurt!! And it being a long day I am trying to stay 3 inches and under for my day, even though FH is a lot taller than me- he is 6'3'' and I'm 5 and 3/4 of an inch!

I hate heels, but my DH is 6'5 so I knew I had to go in strong.
I got awesome platform dyables. They were great. Much better on my feet than straight up heels.

I wore 3 1/2 inches heels all day and they were fine! I am used to always wearing heels though. I also wore them around the house to break them in. I bought two pairs of different shoes since I was afraid one might get uncomfortable BUT the second pair was 3 inches and they didn't wore with the hem of my dress.

I think it all depends on the person. Some people can not handle 1 inch heels. Maybe you should try them out by buying a pair of the heels and walking around in them for the day. If you come out without problems then I would go ahead and purchase them for your wedding. But again this varies by the individual.

for me no cause i wear high heels like that for any ocassion where i have to dress up. but maybe you should bring a backup pair just incase
