Any brides doing their own makeup? I'm thinking of doing mine myself.

Personally, I'm not. I've done my makeup as a bridesmaid in several weddings, but I don't want to be stressed the day of my wedding if something isn't going right or if I'm short on time.

No too afraid with professional flash photography I won't look as good and my own makeup may need to be touched up more than professional makeup

I feel a makeup artist knows exactly what to do for the photos. Makeup can look horrible if you don't know what your doing :) remember this is the one day you should just hire someone.

I'm doing my make up myself. I love make up and I'm pretty good at it.

I also sell Mary Kay and have actually done make up for a few wedding parties, so I'm confident that I will be able to handle my own make up on the wedding day.
