Trust me when I tell you that he is being cheap! It's all he has to pay for. I am paying for the entire wedding myself. So I feel that if I can spend 15-16K for us then he can spend 5-6K on our honeymoon!

I am right there with ya sister.. FH started NYC Academy for Corrections and took a HUGE paycut.. so I have been paying for EVERYTHING lately.. I will be lucky if I can afford a the plane tickets!!!!
Corrections is a tough job! My FH is going to take the Suffolk PO test that's comming up. He's a Local 3 but they give 10 week furlows and lay offs for 6 months. It's too saturated and not stable.

fh is taking Suffolk as well and FDNY.. but I don't know how I feel about him being a fireman.. he's too accident prone

i dont work for any travel agents however i would recommend cruises! Ive taken 4 cruises so far and hopefully going on my fifth formy honeymoon! you cant go wrong- you get to see many places, food is inclusive, and entairtment

Try an all inclusive. They are pretty good and you can do some for 5K and under.
