Are Bridal Shower People invited to Bachelorette Party

I'm putting together a list for my MoH for the Bridal Shower she is throwing. My mom's best friends is also throwing me a shower, so I decided that my mom friend's shower will be the mom friends' and family shower and that my MoH's shower will be my friends and some co-workers and we'll invite my mom. Question: MoH and bridesmaid are planning the bachelorette party. Do I invite the people who were invited to the shower (my friends and co-workers) to the bachelorette gathering? Or can the bachelorette party be a smaller more intimate gathering? Bridesmaids and a few other people who I'm close to?

Not sure about the etiquette. Thanks in advance for your responses.

IMO the bachelorette can be just a small group. My FIL's are not invited to the bachelorette as well as some other people (it's the age thing). At my shower there was about 35 people there but at the bachelorette i'm expecting about 15 only.
