Most of them by me are open (Bayside). They usually close on Mondays.

The one I goto is open -- Salon De Caro in North Babylon -- Route 231, a little bit north of the southern state.

I think most are open Sunday and closed on Monday. If you're looking for a salon to open early for you on a Sunday for your wedding...they may do it for an extra fee.
