Are there any entrepreneurs or business owners on LIW?

I have a few questions about starting a business or taking over a lease of a business....if anyone can reply or FM me I'll explain more..thanks

(I'm looking for information on when someone leases an already established business from someone else...do you still have to go through a credit check. I think you would but I wanted to find out without asking the leasor).

Thanks
