I am getting married at Flowerfield next November and thought I would add a Flowerfield thread (or try to) I feel left out with all the other hall threads.

Ok. Here we go. We are up and running 50 days? I wish our wedding was coming up that soon. I have a whole year. I love everything about Flowerfield. I go there to handle deliver our payments just to walk around the place again

I'm basically ready...got the earrings and necklace for my birthday...have the tiara..the dress is being fitted (I have a few more fittings still)....
I still can't believe it.
I'm so excited that all the stores have CHristmas things...because that means my wedding is that much sooner!

THe tasting WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, it was difficult to choose the meals, because they were all SOOOOOOO GOOD!
My parents and us were literally fighting over the 5 mushroom thing wrapped in the phyllo dough...OMG, you ladies are in store for fabulous food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be sure to go to Flowerfield after Thanksgiving so you can see how they decorate the room...there's a huge Christmas tree...and poinsettas everywhere!

That's my pug, Rerun...he also has a brother, Linus..they're about 2 years old and full of energy! Talk about a hyper breed...I thought my dachshunds were bad....

Question - Does anyone else find the dining room a little bland? I think compared to the cocktail room it seems very white. Am I being too picky? Is anyone doing anything special to the dining room?

I love the all white but I did want a little color. We are having white tableclothes and seat covers but I am adding red napkins to match the roses for a little splash! I am glad to hear that the food is so great. I have nothing but great things about their food. Flowerfield and pugs, we have so much in common

I got married there in 97, It was the best best best wedding ever. I soooooooooo want to renew my vows or do something there. That is how much I loved the place. When I got married it was a pool in the cocktail hour, I love what they did with the pond and the bridge. Absolutely gorgeous. Best wishes to all you fellow flowerfield gals

I think once you add your flowers/centerpieces to the dining room, and with all the decorative lights on, the room looks gorgeous!

I was considering putting a few more ficus trees with lights around the perimeter of the room, but I think I may just be getting nuts! Good idea with the napkins Allison!
Kathy do you mind if I ask, did you use their place cards or did you do your own? And menus too?

All Flowerfield brides count!! Past, Present and Future Has or Is anyone having there ceremony there? I was just curious how they worked that if it was inside and where they place the guests after the ceremony while getting ready for the cocktail hour?
