Last week I experienced some symptoms that I posted about...and many girls said it could be adjustment to being off BC.....Any words of advice?

What are your symptoms? I couldnt find the post you were talking about. I am not currently off BC but there have been months that I forgot to take it and wound up having to go off it... I experienced, headaches, extreme moodiness, breakouts, cramping, heavy flow....

Aliking... I was bloated (but felt more fat than anything), twinge like cramps in that area, VERY moody, and EXTREMELY tired...and this was 2 weeks before AF is due...I thought that was too early for PMS symptoms
