Re: are u doing
As of right now I'm gonna say no, but I think when the time comes I may want to do it. I do not think its necessary though. If you don't do it, I don't think the guests will miss it at all.

NOPE I am not going to pay all that extra money to have people chewing on the stirrers and placing their dripping drinks on it.They won't care if Our names are on it or not.

Re: are u doing
matches.... its the one thing i know my guests will take with them and keep.....(i also won them at the june gtg so i need to get them done soon)
knapkins get thrown out, not all people keep the stirer... but if you want to do it, do it.

My hall provides personalized napkins or matches..our choice. So maybe matches.

Re: are u doing
I think given the choice I'd do matches, if anything,,the stirrers with the bells are cute, but the napkins just get thrown away. I mena even if people save one and bring it home, what's gonna happen to it? but matches are useful!

I am not ,this is an area in which I plan to save money. I don't want to do matches because I once attended a wedding in which the MOG insisted on smoking in the room. Her response was If they did not want me to smoke in here they would have not given us matches. I found this rude.

We are. When we would go to weddings this is one of things I always remembered. It used to be a big thing but you don't find many people doing it any more.

Re: are u doing
I don't think this is necessary unless ofcourse you have spending money and not worried about a budget. I went to 7 weddings last year alone and I can't say that I paid attention to things such as the napkins or stirrers. I'm definitely doing the matches and an useful favor for my guests. I really hate those dust collectors' items that are sometimes given. I don't even keep them. I will give them to someone else that likes them. I have enough things to keep clean around the house. The matches are something you can take along with you, always use, and every time you use them, you remember the couple and their wedding.

Re: are u doing
I decided to do matches only because there will be votives on the table and I figured they would be good to have if any went out.
Funny thing is my shower favor was a candle so my mom & her friend decorated plain matchbooks.
People are gonna start thinking we are fire crazy!! LOL!

Re: are u doing
I want to do matches. How mush are they? I saw them on Ebay for like $50 which I thought was reasonable. Any other quotes?
