taking your FH's last name?
im taking FH name, but i def am going to miss my last name, i have enough nephews that i cant say the name will end if i change my mine, so there was no excuse, LOL, his last name is so common, i thought of hypenating, but then it would be super duper latino last name and i would sound like the lasy who used to call the lotto numbers 'yolanda vega rodriguez de los santos' (or something like that)
Absolutely. And just his last name - no hyphen. Even if I wanted a hyphen I wouldn't do it because it would just be waaaay too long to have to write all the time LOL
Absolutely...My last name is very long and no one ever pronounces or spells it right. On the other hand, his is very short and simple. ROMAN.

wow...i think i'm one of the few that is considering keeping my maiden name...I will be an MD in a year so I want to keep my maiden name professionally...FH told me he was totally fine with this for a long time...recently i asked him and he says he's undecided!! If it's really important to him, then i'll change it but then i'll have to change medical licenses etc...and we'll both be Dr and Dr. A confusing....
