Too chicken. I'd rather donate something to the Salvation Army or try my hardest to use whatever the item was.

Re: Are you a regifter?
I have regifted on occassion. I don't do it often, but I have done it. And I'm not ashamed to admit it!!
For our wedding, Fortunoff made a mistake and sent us two of something that we didn't need two of....it was a stock pot, or something. It was supposed to be a baking sheet (big mistake on their part what they sent me was a lot more money) so, i thought a friend could use it and i gave it to her as a gift. i didn't need two of them. it was a great calphalon item, and i was planning a wedding and needed to save money.

Re: Are you a regifter?
I'm guilty, I did it with a couple of my wedding gifts that I had duplicates of and I knew the person would love.

Re: Are you a regifter?
Kind of funny story- last xmas eve FH and I went to his father and step-mother's house and his (annoying) sister came with her (loser) boyfriend. the next day, xmas, we went to FH's mother and step-father's house, where again his (annoying) sister and (loser) boyfriend were. Some of his sister's friends showed up, and she handed them the gifts from her father/step-mother as presents---even in the same wrapping!! It was pretty horrible.

This is what I do. I was regifted at my shower with a completely inappropriate gift and I was so mad. If you don't like it, what makes you think I will????? I ask people I think that may like it if they would like it because I have no use for it. Besides, I love picking out presents for people.
