giving a speech at your wedding? I hate speeches but if I drink enough maybe I will, hehe.

Same here..Fh said he would rather talk at the RD b/c its more of an intimate setting with all the important people there lol Plus his BM and even my MOH want to give a speech at the wedding. I'm sure that will be more than enough for people to handle hah

We haven't decided yet if anything FH will say a quick thank you. The BM and my brother (GM) are giving the toasts (my two sisters MOH don't want to do it) so my brother will probably take care of the thank you's -- he is like the mayor of everywhere so he is really good at those things.
We will definately say something at the RD.

that is funny FH and I were talking about this yesterday...we figured one of us will say a quick thank you to our guest for coming and a thank you to your friends and family for there help and support....I think it a nice touch

I Made a speech at my sisters wedding, and i have a HUGE fear of public speaking. I had like 2 cocktails and i really made an amazing speech, if i do say so myself. Alot of people came up to me and complimented me on it. so i definately think i will, and maybe FH will too
