Are you and FH exchanging gifts this year for the holidays?
I was thinking of telling him that since the wedding is coming up that we should either set a price range we cannot go over or skip presents all together. We already have to buy for his whole family and mine, so I'm trying to think of how to save as much as we can.
Have you girls discussed this with your FH's?

we haven't discussed it yet, but I hear ya! I was looking at my account the other day and I was like I need a damn raise! Its gonna be tough this year!

Yea I figure we will keep it wedding related... considering we have alot of wedding stuff to still pay for.

We are still exchanging but we did set a price limit of $100.00 total. So I am really hoping we both stick to that! Things are really tight right now and I have no idea how we are going to afford Christmas this year

We were just talking about that the other day... we sent a price limit of $50 but I know both of us will end up going over.

Haven't really discussed it but I don't think we're going to go all out! Also, luckily we do Secret Santa in his family so we just have to buy presents for one person and the children. For my family, they don't expect or want a lot so I don't see having to spend a lot there. But I still want to scale back on each other's gifts this year.

we're going to buy a digital camera and split the cost. We both want a new one and we'll only need one so we're gonna get a good one and that will be our gift.

He keeps saying I lucked out this year cause my ring is 1k and his is only 100 dollars ( he wants titanium)... lol but we have a joint bank account so noone wins!

Our wedding is a week after Christmas. And me being the greedy biatch that I am, can't live without Christmas gifts, set a one gift limit for Christmas this year. I'm getting him a GPS since he's always wanted one.

We discussed it and we are buying a family gift since I have a 12 year daughter we decided on the WII for all of us.. this way they can have fun playing with my daughter and I can do the WII fit that I've been hearing about

we are in the same boat, We both decided on something small, so we settled on getting each other a perfume we want that isnt crazy expensive
