Are you and FH same nationality/religion?

Original post by AllyDrew1108

I'm Italian, he's German and Hungarian.
I was raised Catholic, he was raised Lutheran.

Nope! I’m Irish/German and was raised soooo Catholic, and FH is from Sweden but is mostly German/Flemish/Finnish/Swedish and even though he was baptized at Lutheran, he was raised as an atheist.

That's kind of nice. I'm not putting down couples who aren't of the same culture, and I adore my FH, but sometimes he just doesn't get Italians, and he especially doesn't get Long Islanders. We're NOT like they are out here in country-ish Jersey. We say it like it is where I'm from. Ha ha.

Yes, we're both Greek, and his mother is from the same Greek island as both my parents!

i dont notice a difference and theres never a situation where we dont get the other one bc of our differences. We both grew up in the same neighborhood, and are very much alike and so far there hasn't been any problems bc of our nationaliy or religion
