I'm Italian, he's German and Hungarian.
I was raised Catholic, he was raised Lutheran.

Not that any of this matters. I'm just being nosey - as usual!

Yes, FH and I have different nationality and religion. Well, neither one of us are religious but we are raised that way. We are having our ceremony at the RH.

Nope!!! FH is Greek and Greek Orthodox and I am mostly Italian and Roman Catholic. I must say that it has created quite a few obstacles for us.......but nonetheless, here we are.......happily engaged

FH and I are both MUTTS!

I am Irish, German, Russian, English, and who knows what else.

FH is Irish, German, and Hungarian.

As far as religion: I am half catholic/half Jewish.
FH is 100% Catholic but neither one of us are that religous (even though my step-aunt is a nun and FH went to Catholic school his entire life).

But we are both catholic and not very religious...he was raised in a religious family but I guess once his brother/sisters grew up they dropped the religion!

That's kind of nice. I'm not putting down couples who aren't of the same culture, and I adore my FH, but sometimes he just doesn't get Italians, and he especially doesn't get Long Islanders. We're NOT like they are out here in country-ish Jersey. We say it like it is where I'm from. Ha ha.
