If so what did you get or are planning on getting you FH/FW - and when are you giving it to them?

I think we said we werent.... but I have been thinking about it.. I think I want to buy him a nice movado or tiffany's watch.. and have his best man ( his brother) hand it to him with a letter I will write him just before the wedding

We said we were not going to because of all the expenses now with our place but I know of something he really wants so I am going to get it for him. He is going to be so excited!

Same here. FI and I agreed not to exchange gifts. We figured our two weeks in Hawaii was our gift to each other. LOL. But I'm having second thoughts. I may get him a watch that I saw.

My FI is a wonderful guy, who is not into the whole watch thing... SOOOOOO
I decided to buy him his 'MAN CHAIR' all leather recliner as his gift...
I think I am going to give him a card on the day and say it is being delivered to our house after the honeymoon.....

We haven't discussed it, but since I didn't get him a present when we got engaged I'm going to get him a Rolex or Raymond Weil watch. He will be getting ready in the apt we live in, so I will put it somewhere there and tell the BM to give it to him

I was thinking about it and I approached FH with the subject...and his answer to me was ....with what money will we have at that point to buy anything!

Yes, I am buying Gary a portable DVD player. But we will probably exchange gifts after the wedding, once we get home that night. He loves watches and I was going to get him the Gucci watch that I love, but I figure he would get more use out of the DVD player. Besides, he has a million watches already.

Yes I purchased my babe a timeless gift...it's a beautiful Coach clock hard to describe but I love it!

Nope, we are taking a one in a lifetime honeymoon so that is more enough. I'll probably buy some keepsakes/art while away.

We did. I got him a white gold cross and I had made him a scrap book of us over the past 6 years. He on the other hand went way over the amount we set - he bought me the past,present and future necklace - i love it!

I mentioned it breifly, he had never heard of the tradition. I said we shouldn't do it ( b/c he hates to shop) so that we can spend more money on shore excursions on our cruise. But I know he really wants a pocket watch, so I want to get him one. I don't wnat him to get me anything sicne he got me the engagement ring.
Not sure when I'll give it to him, b/c I don't know exactly what our schedule will be like, but probably before the rehearsal the day before.
