at the reception. I'm exciting about finding some nice slippers so I can boogie all night and my mom is like NO WAY. She said to make sure that I find a good pair of shoes, comfortable to wear and that putting on slippers is not a nice thing to do. What are ya'll doin?

Re: Are you changing shoes...
I am!! I found cute white platform flip flops that I will change into. I told all the BM's they can do the same
I wish I could be slippers on but I am really tiny & I am wearing high heels for the ceremony. I don't want me dress to drag on the floor.

Re: Are you changing shoes...
I am not changing my shoes. I brought shoes that are very comfortable and like Marcella said, I do not feel dressed up unless I have heels on.

Re: Are you changing shoes...
Nope, not going to change. I like to have the extra height and I feel more formal with heels. I just need to really break in the shoes beforehand.

Re: Are you changing shoes...
i want to change, but if you go from a 2-3' inch for the ceremony into slippers for the reception, your dress is going to be dragging on the floor. i'm on the hunt for chunky sneakers or something, so that i don't lose any height, but will be more comfortable.

Re: Are you changing shoes...
I am wearing ballet slippers because I used to be a ballerina and I don't want to wear heels since my FI is my height
