I planned on wearing only stud earrings and a bracelet on my day....but my aunt has a beautiful watch that matches completely with my bracelet but I've never known of anyone to wear a watch...it has a antique look about it. what do you think?

yes i am i got a cheap one from avon but it is soooooooo cute i say go for it....im just crazy about knowing what time it is so i knew i needed to wear one on the day of

I didn't wear a watch bc I never wear one. However, I've known of some brides who wear watches every day so they'd feel funny w/out one on their wedding day. It's a personal decision, since you have a beautiful watch I'd say wear it!!!!

My FH's grandma gave me a beautiful watch at our engagement party.....and since I ALWAYS wear a watch, I will wear it on my wedding day

I'll only wear one if I can find a really nice one before the wedding. I'd like to be able to check the time without having to ask someone, but I'm usually a lot more comfortable with nothing on my wrists if that makes sense.

i didn't wear a watch. after the ceremony started, everything went so fast, there was never a need to know what time it was.
if you want to wear it just because it's your 'something borrowed', then i say 'why not'

I didn't... but I don't on a daily basis. I think it's a personal decision. I wasn't even going to wear a bracelet, but then my FH bought me a tennis bracelet that I just HAD to wear!
To tell you the truth, there wasn't one moment the whole day where I needed to know the time... it kind of all just flowed.

Nope. And no one would tell me the time when I asked! Well, except DH, and it was 8:30, half way thru our reception!

I agree... I have to say that that during the day (getting ready & taking pictures) I got antsy about what time it was - and I got a little snippy at one point when I had to ask three times.... you probably don't need it once the reception begins though.
