We were considering Viennese hr, however at the last wedding we attended, they had such an amazing mini-Vienesse. I don't feel that I 'missed' anything at all. I guess that we have become so accustomed to the Viennese hr, but we enjoyed this so much more because it did not disturb the flow of the reception. We are doing mini-viennese at each table. What are you doing?

We are having 3 tier Viennese Trays on every table and the Chocolate Fountain..

We arent doing the viennese hr because Giorgios puts italian pastries with a 3 tiered server on each table along with cappacino, coffee, tea, espresso, and sambucca (plus the cake). We thought that would be enough

We're doing our wedding cake, cordial bar, ice cream sundae bar and candy cart & they put cookies on every table too.

We're doing viennese. YUM. But at our hall they do it in the cocktal hour room (right across the hall) so it dones't iterrupt

We are having a cordial bar, dessert carts and sample plates because our Viennese hour is in the CT room and i dont want people leaving to go into another room at the end of the night

i think vienesse hour is included at my hall. it is my favorite part, i really miss it when weddings dont have it.

We decided on a Viennese hour. It will be in the room right next to ours, so it doesn't distrub the flow of the reception. We also added an extra hour onto the wedding to include the Viennese hr.

I'm having the Viennese Hr. I can not wait!!!! My hall does it in another room adjoined to my room so it doesn't interrupt the party!!

I guess what we are doing is a mini vienesse. We are having dessert trays at each table in addition to cake. Hopefully this means that FH and I get a whole tray to ourselves!

We are doing a mini viennese. It is set up next to the bar off of the dance floor.
By the way...went to a wedding at NHCC, it was amazing! The best one I ever went to!

we are having a viennese hour...our lady atthe Miller Place In is great...we were debating so she thru it in for us...we really liked the place...that helped us decide...she is wonderful. (might do a chocolate foutain too)

this is what we're doing to.
Our guests each get a dessert trio which includes the wedding cake, and two other desserts that we pick(chocolate covered strawberry, cheese cake,etc)...I'm also getting the pastry trays placed on each table.

I think I have FH talked into a chocolate fountain - we aren't doing a viennese though.
