Are you doing your own place card holders and table numbers?

I was just curious...I love the detail of getting my own but all te little detailed things are adding up....if your doing them where did you get?
Saw these little logs for place card holders and they were so cute but would be like $200.

We are doing our own table numbers. My girls are pretty creative so each table will be a place that means something to my FH and I. (Our first date, where he proposed, etc) Also it's a way for our guests especially his family to know a little about the couple getting married since I will be meeting majority of them for the first time. Lol. We are also doing our own place cards too (MOH and I did our own design) and it came out pretty cool

I bought numbers that stand up from AC Moore or Joanns (cant remember which one) and I am painting them to be a part of the centerpieces. I am also using my favors as place cards.

I saw a thing on The Chew a few weeks ago that I plan to adapt as my table numbers. I am saving wine bottles throughout the year, and some tin cans, to use on my table. I'm going to paint them all and do different things with them. Not sure how tacky it'll look, but we'll see!

I'm doing wine corks for place card holders, I found pre-cut ones on Ebay for next to nothing. I'm doing wine bottles with gold table numbers labels that I'm printing at home. You can definitely DIY it without breaking the bank!
