We have never really done it in the past, and with trying to buy a house and all I told him yesterday not to get me anything. I think v-day is such a made up holiday anyway. I'll get him a card and thats about it.

Probably just chocolates and maybe DH will get me some flowers. Nothing crazy since we close on our new townhouse 3/7/07. The townhouse is our valentine's/anniversary gift. No need for gifts this year

our birthdays [both in january] and our v-day gift to eachother was a 55' inch tv, maybe we might get a small something besides chocolate....we'll see

Nope, not us. DH just bought me my fancy wedding band that matches my engagement ring for Christmas. It was way more $$$$ then we expected, so we are saving our money. So, no presents for eachother this year. It is all about saving, saving and more saving. We have a list of expensive home improvements for 2007, so no extra money here.

Dh and I just bought a house, so funds are limited. We decided/agreed on going to see the new Hugh Grant film as a gift to each other and we'll buy a bag of popcorn to share.

We never really exchanged V-day gifts before so we prob won't do it this year either. It's fallen on a weekday every year that we've been together and our work schedules get in the way, so I told him in 2009 (the next time it falls on a Saturday) we should do something really special.

we said no gifts this year, we will go out to eat and cards of course, but I did want to have this delivered to him... they look so good

We will exchange cards & cook a nice dinner together! I bought DH some M&M's as those are his favorite. We rarely celebrate V-day as we feel that you should not celebrate your love only 1 day!!!!

We usually do, but since DH just quit his job and we are anticipating relocating in the very near future we will probably keep it simple this year. I'm thinking of making him a collage on Kodak Gallery with some of our wedding proofs and framing it.

we never really did gifts on V-day. we usually do cards, flowers, candy, and go out to eat, but no big gifts. this year though, we will prob just go out to eat and not waste $ on flowers and candy (ok, maybe when its marked down after lol) bc DH just quit his job and funds are tight.
