How about your FH?

I wasn't sure if I was supposed to prepare a speech. If so, when???

i didn't plan on it, i am too shy and i think the champagne might make me a little... silly...

but my mom will probably insist!!

I was thinking FH or I will prob just say a few words about how happy we are that everyone could come celebrate with us and saying thank you, and maybe thanks to our families for raising us and all that... nothing big. certainly 60 seconds or less...

We did one, mainly because we didn't go from table to table since we wanted to eat and dance.

DH and I got up and the MC gave him his mic, DH said a few words to thank everyone for coming and to say 'hope everyone's having a good time'. I wouldn't call it a speech, just something simple.

we didn't have an RD--so after the cake cutting--before too many ppl started leaving and such...we asked the DJ for a mic and we both thanked everyone for helping make the greatest day of our lives...that much better by being there

Just at the RD will we give a 'speech'

Yes we will both give a short thank you speech, i always think its really nice when the groom and bride say a little something at their wedding.

We'll probably say 'thank you' to all the guest and to all the people that makes our wedding happen especially our parents (and their bank accounts )
