How about your FH?
I wasn't sure if I was supposed to prepare a speech. If so, when???

I think one of us (probably me knowing the FH) will get up & just say a short thank you. i think it's a nice touch.

He definitely won't (I doubt it anyway). I might say a thank-you to everyone... I'll probably decide that night if I feel like doing it.

I have thought about this and I think it is very nice for the couple tosay a quick thank you to everyone for coming and sharing our special day. So, yes we plan on doing this.

More than likely yes . . . I know FH definitely will as he is a big talker but we will definitely say something to thank everyone for coming, about how happy we are, blah, blah, blah.

we didn't have an RD--so after the cake cutting--before too many ppl started leaving and such...we asked the DJ for a mic and we both thanked everyone for helping make the greatest day of our lives...that much better by being there
We were planning on doing the same thing after the cake cutting, we both just wanted to thank everyone, something short & sweet.
