Are you giving out favors at your rehearsal dinner??
I was at a rehearsal dinner over the summer and they gave out cute cookies shaped like wedding cakes all wrapped up. I thought something like that would be cute.

Funny story about how it came to be that I am giving favors at the rehearsal dinner...
I had purchased those candy conversation hearts that say things like, I Do, Bridal Party, Love and Marriage, etc. etc...I didn't know what I was going to do with them.
And, then I saw invitations that had the wedding conversation hearts on them...so the idea popped into my head....
I ordered those invitations for my rehearsal dinner and have wrapped up the candy hearts in tulle and am giving them out at the rehearsal dinner.
They are so cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where did you get them from, the candy hearts and the invites? That would be perfect for me to do considering I am getting married the week before Valentines Day. That would be kind of fitting. Great Idea!!!

The invites were from vistaprint.com...and so cheap!!!
theknot.com sells the wedding candy conversation hearts.
Or you can just do a yahoo search for wedding candy conversation hearts.

I gave out all of my BP gifts at the RD... Everyone loved it... and Everyone else was family... no one minded!

That sounds very cute, but I'm having a hard enough time agreeing with my FI on favors for the wedding I'm not going to add to my stress.

i haven't thought of it yet - but i was just at Ikea today and they have champagne flutes for 75 cents.....and I was thinking they would be cute for favors....maybe i should go pick some up and fill them will little candy conversation hearts for the rehersal dinner....
or since the rehersal dinner is going to be on april fool's day - i could fill them with some sort of a joke!!

The table for the RD is long and rectangular. I am putting about 40 voltive candles down the center to make it romantic and set the tone. I plan on writing our names and the date on the candle with a metallic pen. I want everyone to take a candle home. I'm also giving the BP, readers etc their gifts.
