Ok, I get wasted from like 2 drinks and I do not want to be a sloppy bride. I am for going drinking for the rehersal and wedding day. Anyone else like me? I never get like horribly wasted but I feel like with my nerves running I could just picture myself getting sick

Would like to take a shot at least....but I'm not getting sloshed drunk. I want to rememeber my day! Supposedly, you have no time to drink anyway. We'll see.

I am prob just going to do the champagne toast keep it light the rest of the night.
I don't want to repeat what happened on v-day when I was in a drunken stupor! I had the biggest headache and FH was pissed ....

YEAH girl, Sapphire and Tonics are my fav -- though I can only have 1 otherwise I get sick as a dog!
In fact, FH and I are doing a custom cocktail that is similar just with more lime and some seltzer with the tonic to cut it a little. Our friends call us Marc-leen (combining Marc and Cathleen) so we are going to call the drink the 'Marcleeni'
I will probably have some champagne and maybe a glass or 2 of sauv blanc later on. I don't think I will have too much time to drink but I intend to sneak a few in somehow!

I will have some champagne, my favorite, but FH and I already decided we will keep it light with the drinking during the reception...But at the afterparty, it's on!!!

I have a low tolerance for alcohol so I usually stick to my girly Malibu/Pineapple drink. I can have a ton of those and never get DRUNK. I will be sticking to those on my wedding day as well.

I completely agree with you. I want to be completely with it and feel clean and happy and i'll drink on the honeymoon! haha

I completely agree with you. I want to be completely with it and feel clean and happy and i'll drink on the honeymoon! haha

for a small girl i can handle my alcohol i had some mimosa in the morning, then DH and i had some champagne in the limo on the way to JT to take pics - then throughout the day i had champagne - then it was time for the ceremony - then i had champagne at the cocktail hour and i continued with champagne for the reception - i dont know how many glasses i had but it was def lot DH drank a lot too but neither of us felt 'drunk' we both kept saying we had this natural high - its really hard to describe.....i kind of had a constant buzz throughout the day plus i felt so euphoric - not sloppy drunk or slurring or looking drunk but def feeling good.....

I totally intend on drinking after the ceremony and most pics because seriouslly we are paying for premium liquior and after all that stress we are going to enjoy ourselves and relax and have fun!

OH I love Malibu Bay breezes... they are the best and I dont ever get drunk off of them... Im going to tell my BA/BM that i always want that drink filled and close to me after the dinner
