When you hear that some groups of LIW girls hang out outside of the board and the 'regular' gtg's? I've noticed that there are a lot of groupings lately (myself included!) and I think some ppl are afraid to menton them on here b/c they dont want ppl to be offended that they weren't included!! Its ok that we made friends on here, right?! I hate being secretive!!!

I think its great that everyone is becoming friends! a little jealous because i wish I could too, but I just don't have the time ... but no I would never be offended!

I'm 1000 miles away most of the time so I couldn't come even if I was invited. I'm not offended, although I wish I could be a part of things too sometimes. I want to go to TWOTY but i'll be back in classes again

I havent gone to any g2g's, i think its nice that people have formed friendships through this site. I dont know why someone would get offended. it has been my choice not to go to g2g's, and its not a bad thing - i just am not into it.

Not offended at all. I'm glad that others are making friends on here!!! We are all in the same boat, brides who want to have a great wedding. I love the friends I've made on here!!!

I think it's great you guys have all become friends. offline. I met a lot of nice girls on myspace when I first moved to NJ.
If I were closer to your age and lived on LI, I might be a tiny bit jeal, but would probably just ask if I could hang too - I'm a big mouf like that.

I think it is great for the people who are into it. The only way I would be offended is if I wanted to be part of it and noone wanted me to.
I just think there are a lot of people on here (including myself) who don't really want to go to gtg's and such things.

Even if people are offended, they really shouldn't be. I can understand that some people may be hurt if they are not included, but you have a right to be friends (and not friends) with whoever you want.

i think it is wonderful that you girls are becoming friends and hanging out, me i'm to far away, but i do enjoy looking at your pics from your outings, and if i were close i would probally still just chat on here, mine and fh work hours are crazy, so we spend every moment together, hes my best friend, and when i need a break i grab my girl friends and go shopping, etc. for the day.

I choose not to attend gtgs, but I think its awesome that girls on here are able to form friendships and I hope that they last for many years after the wedding planning is done. No reason to ever be secretive about them!

I could see where people may feel left out ..but offended? alot of girls on this site have become very friendly with others...I dont see where or why offense would be taken..but like I said I am sure some may feel left ou t

I agree. I have chosen not to be a part of the g2g's but that doesn't mean I would ever be offended that others have gained friendships from it. I think its great people are hanging out together other then just chatting online.
