Are you getting FH a wedding present, if so, what, and how are you presenting it to him?
I don't want to go over the top, since our HM will be very expensive, but want to do something.
We need a new camera, but I think I will get that before the wedding. Was thinking of a digital video camera - we have a puppy and could get great shots of her, nice videos on HM, and we don't want to wait too long to have kids, so for that as well.
Let me know what you are thinking/doing? How/when should I give it to him?

I had planned to but since we were paying for the wedding ourselves, we agreed to forego gifts. His present was my sexy nightie that evening

I wanted to give DH something on our wedding day (I knew I was giving him the boudoir album the night before). He really loves pocketwatches so I got him a pocket watch engraved with our wedding date and title of our wedding song (You're My Home). I don't have a photo of the watch but the photog got one. It's on her website so I took a screen shot (since it doesnt let me link to the photos).

We are paying for the wedding ourselves so I don't have tons of money to buy him a gift. But, I just thought the other day about getting him tickets to Citi field. He really wants to go so I was thinking of giving him a card and writing in it something about going together to the new field as a married couple.

For an engagement gift I got him a Movado. For a wedding gift I'm thinking b-pics in a book & a $500 gift certificate to Lowe's for the table saw or whatever it is that he keeps talking about but not buying.
I told him that he doesn't have to get me anything because my engagement gift was quite large and my rings were expensive and now he's buying me a 2nd dress, I don't want him spending more money on me.

FH and I are paying for the whole wedding.... def. no gifts. Paying for everything on our own is enough. We can give each other gifts for Christmas lol

MY FH is a HUGE fan of a folk singer whos name is Jains Ian.
He has always talked about her and how she sells hand written lyrics to her songs. All the money Janis raises goes 100% to charity.
So I got him hand written lyrics to his fav song. He found out about it by accident so he has the lyrics (they came friday)
But as a SURPRISE Im going to get him cuff links from tiffanys.

No, we aren't. We are paying for the wedding for ourselves, and we see it as a gift to each other. FH actually didn't know that people even did this until I asked him if he wanted to.

yes he is getting a DSLR camera, but I'll give it to him a few days before so he can play with it, he'd be mad to get it that day and not get to play.....then as a little something to open the day of I bought really inexpensive Roulette Wheel Cufflinks (our favorite casino game) and i personalized boxers for him to wear that say Taken by Stefanie and our wedding date.
