Are you seeing your fiance before the ceremony?

We have a Jewish ceremony - I always thought we had to sign the ketubah together before the wedding and therefore see each other, but we will be signing it seperately so the first time we'll be seeing each other is walking down the aisle! What about you?

We are signing the ketubah prior to the ceremony in a small room with the rabbi and our witnesses. We are also taking our pictures before the ceremony - I don't mind him seeing me before the ceremony.

that's what we'll be doing. the emotions seeing the groom for the first time will be overwhelming walking down the aisle. i cant wait for that

We are going to see each other before so we can do pictures. I really wanted it this way because I have very high anxiety and panic attacks. I don't know if I would make it down the aisle!! So I think I would feel a little more at ease if I saw him first before the ceremony.

me too. its bad enough i cant sleep with him that night i have to wait. my mom said its bad luck for a groom to see the bride before the ceremony.

i would love to have him see me for the first time walking down the aisle.. but we're taking pictures beforehand so we can enjoy the CH and get a chance to talk to more people.
No biggie - we'll be grinning like mad the whole time anyway!

that is a definate for us also!!! We live together and the night before he is staying at his parents house and i dont want to see or talk to him until we meet in church!!!

This is what we did and I would not have changed it for the world. There's something really special about seeing your man for the first time this way.

me too.. for the price you pay for a photographer/videographer... I wanna get my moneys worth! i know our first meeting will be special and it will make walking down the aisle a little less emotional for me.

We are taking our pictures beforehand because there is NO WAY that I am missing a second of my wedding...........I want to be there the entire time without being whisked away for pictures.
