Are you seeing your fiance before the ceremony?

We have a Jewish ceremony - I always thought we had to sign the ketubah together before the wedding and therefore see each other, but we will be signing it seperately so the first time we'll be seeing each other is walking down the aisle! What about you?

i would love to have him see me for the first time walking down the aisle.. but we're taking pictures beforehand so we can enjoy the CH and get a chance to talk to more people.
No biggie - we'll be grinning like mad the whole time anyway!

Same here. I want to enjoy CH and wedding as much as possible

We are going to see each other before so we can do pictures. I really wanted it this way because I have very high anxiety and panic attacks. I don't know if I would make it down the aisle!! So I think I would feel a little more at ease if I saw him first before the ceremony.

this is exactly what we did. it really helped dh more than it helped me b/c i was for some reason super calm that morning, but he felt some pressure was off by doing it that way!

Yes we are. We decided to take our photos before the ceremony for a number of reasons. It could be blisteringly hot, and we'd like to get some outdoors. Also, we have no time between the ceremony and reception and we didn't want to skip our cocktail hour for photos.

We're both thinking it might relax us more to see each other. No one calms me down like FH--my family means well, but sometimes they don't help that much.

We haven't decided, but we are leaning towards doing the pictures beforehand, so that we won't miss the CH...

NO WAY!!! That's the absolute most amazing part of the day. THere's no way to describe that look on the bride and groom's face when they see each other for the first time...

I HAVE to see him...Ive hyperventilated already at the thought of all that nervousness right before walking down

I want to see him, hug him, have some quiet time and a few laughs so I know hes in and so he knows im in!

And after 7 years together, Its not like hell be suprised at all when i get down the aisle!!!
