U still have time to lose weight if U want to lose some pounds... One pouind per week and it will be GREAT!!!

U will look BONITA regardless of weight mama.. Anwyays, U are very Bonita already!!!

Mira, If you lose ONE pound PER WEEK... By the end of the year, You will be 16 Pounds LESS!!!
One pound per Week is Far.,, This way U dont STRUGGLE urself so much ...

We could go to the Park and Walk together, We should do a G2G like that, Instead of ALL of the Wine/Liqour We got last sunday, we shoudl Get WATER and WALK =) (or play sports)
