you don't have to. but it could count as a something blue if you have a blue garter.

Honestly didn't think about it until a bride mentioned something about throw away garters. For some reason I thought it might be annoying to wear.

I will be, my friend had her wedding last weekend and wore one just to get the pictures of her MOH putting it on, even though she didnt do the toss
