My camera takes video, but only up to 2 minutes long, and it uses up a lot of the memory card.
I see video cameras anywhere from $200 to over $1000... should I just get one? I don't know the first think about them these days! Is it the same just to take video footage on the camera?
I don't want to have to lug a big video camera along - or worry about losing one - the whole trip. The less I have to carry on trips, the less I worry. But I don't want to regret not bringing a video camera to Disney.
What do you think? I wish I could register at Best Buy!! lol

Re: Are you taking a video camera on your honeymoon?
FH and I were thinking about this, and I think we want to...we might put one on our registry...I know it's expensive, but we would like one. If not, I will ask to borrow my parent's.

oh, and if you are registered at macy's or jcpenny or something like that, you could register for a camcorder....just a thought.

Re: Are you taking a video camera on your honeymoon?
we always take our video camera on our vacations, i don't know if they still do it but we bought ours in the sony store in roosevelt field, and when we applied for the store credit card and was accepted, they gave us 18 months to pay it off with no interest, of course after 18 months all the accrued interest is tacked on, but we will have it payed off by then

Re: Are you taking a video camera on your honeymoon?
We went to Europe and took ours. Except we had to be very frugal when we used it because it turned out the voltage adaptor we bought for our trip was defective so we couldn't even charge the battery.
