are you willing to share ...

how long you are going on your honeymoon and how much you are spending? ... i am just wondering since we just booked today and i feel like i went over budget but im happy we got what we did

we're going for two weeks to Napa Valley/Hawaii

we're spending a TON of money, but it's the only vacation i have taken in YEARS and we figured we might as well spend it now since we want to have kids soon! we're probably spending around $12,000, excluding plane fair, which FH's parents are paying for.

were going to vegas for 5 days 4 nights.....I only want to spend about $200 including food and a few sovenirs

total for vegas trip for 2 people...$1380 including hotel at Mirage, airfare, insurance, and tranfers to and from hotel

Hawaii for 24 days! We don't have an exact price yet (can't book airfare -inlcuding interisland flights- until January) but it's going to be around $10,000.

It's tremendous amount of $$$$$ but we are going to try for a HM baby so we're justifying it by saying it's our last big vacation.

1 week in aruba, 1 week in mexico (all inclusive) but both hotels are timeshares and 1 was a gift from relatives, and airfare we booked mostly using frequent flyer miles.....so all together so far only 3k

I haven't booked yet, going to do it next week but so far we priced Aruba for 7 days at the Hyatt for $3500.

I am not sure if we are doing a full HM yet because we just bought a house, and are paying for half of the wedding. So, we were thinking of doing 3 or4 days at Gurneys after the wedding and then doing a HM later on, unless I get pregnant soon afterwards (which i hope happens). I AM toying with the idea of just doing a full HM after the wedding because the more I think about it, if i DO get pregnant quickly, then we will probably NEVER have the chance to do our HM. So, I don't know yet.

We are doing Hawaii also. We have not completely worked it out but we do not plan on staying any longer than 10 days.

You didn't get ripped...November and the beginning of December is actually kinda cheap for Hawaii. Plus, we were there last year for a little over two weeks so this time around we knew exactly what we wanted and where to splurge and where it didn't really matter to us.

The first 1/2 of our honeymoon (8 nights in Disneyworld) is probably going to be about $5-$6k. The second 1/2 of our honeymoon (6 nights at Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia - Millionaire Suite) approx. $7400 (they're running a promo with a 55% discount - reg $19k). This all excludes airfare. So all in, I'm guestimating around $13k-$14k.

we have not booked yet but we are thinking of either a 10 day carribean cruise or 10 days in hawaii or the fiji islands, or turks & caicos might be an option also.. but we are definately doing 10 days or full 2 weeks for sure! :)
