so i mapquested and yahood but i still dont understand these directions.( not from ny originally) i live near long beach and i first need to go to bridal suite of bayshore in bayshore tomorrow morning to get my dress!!! wheeeee
been there once but lost directions and my appt is at 11 and they dont open till then.
trying to find the most direct way there..mapquest has me on the loop to meadowbrrok to southern state to robert moses...ummm...
then from there i ahve to get to phyliss at gownfind...... and they dirctions have me all over the place.... i thought she was off rt 110 on jericho turnpike??? but mapquest has me southern state to sagtikos to northern state to exit 42 something...ahhhh!!!
i am sooo lost and i cant be late for thse appointments!!!!

Across from DSW in the Maddaloni Jewelers Shopping Center

I'm coming from the east, but I used these directions from Phyllis:
Directions from Long Island Expressway & Northern State Parkway to Bridal Elegance 1870 E Jericho Turnpike, Dix Hills
1: L.I.E., Exit 51, Northern State, Exit 42N 2: Both exits leave you on DEER PARK AVENUE 3: Take DEER PARK AVE/NY-231 North 4: When road forks, always take right fork 5: Continue on Deer Park Avenue/Road 231 North, to end 6: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto E JERICHO TURNPIKE/NY-25. 7: On Jericho Turnpike/NY 25 get into right lane 8: Turn Right into the Maddaloni Jewelers Shopping Center (across from DSW Shoes) We are the next to the last shop

Near Bayshore, there is route 231 - this is Deer Park Avenue! Just get on this road from off Montauk Highway or Southern State and take it North and follow the directions I posted above.

do you know how to get to the LIE? if you live near the southern state you can take the southern state to sagtikos and then that will take you to the LIE

you could do that. take the exit for 27A (main st) and go east

from the long beach area, just take ocean parkway east to the robert moses causeway. take robert moses north to sunrise highway (27). take sunrise highway east to exit 43. off of exit 43, take 5th avenue south. then make a left onto west main street and you will find the bridal suite of bayshore. then to get to your next appointment, hop back on 5th avenue and follow it to the southern state parkway. take the parkway west to the sagtikos, then take the sagtikos north to the lie or the northern state and follow ewickens directions. i hate mapquest too, it's not you - it's them! good luck!

The Bridal Suite of Bayshore is on Main Street (Which is also Montauk Highway), It is on the left hand side of the road if you are coming east. It is one block after the theatre, and right next door to a place called 'Smoking Al's BBQ' The building is brick & is a little nard to see since they trees & flowers are blooming. If you pass a hospital on your left you have gone too far.
