Does anyone know any good arm exercises? My dress is strapless and I want to look toned.....but not buff! I have been doing cardio and 3 sets of 12 on the rowing machine, and arm curl machine. Anything else i am missing?

Re: Arm Exercises
Take a 12 pound weight and hold it with both hands and put it behind your head so your elbows are by your ears then lift up - works great for triceps.
You can also do tricep dips if you have a bench .. put your arms behind you on a bench, hands facing forward .. legs extended on the floor OR on another bench and dip down far so your butt almost reaches the floor then come back up ..
bicep hammer curls - two weights - I do 12 pounds .. (heavy weight will NOT make you bulk up) stand straight, weights in both hands, arms straight by your sides and alternate lifting the weights up ..
HTH!

Re: Arm Exercises
I signed up with a personal trainer to get in shape for my wedding day, and she showed me a lot of good arm workouts. Bicep curls are aweome. Hammer curls are good too because they activate different muscle fibers. Tricep kickbacks work really well because they get that part of your arm that's a bit flabby. There's also dips you can do. They work the tricep really well. You can youtube or google any of these exercises to see how they're correctly done. Good Luck!

Re: Arm Exercises
I would beware of using heavy weights.. I tend to bulk up easily.. My arms actually looks leaner now that I cut out weights.. I only do excercises that use my natural body weight.. like punching during cardio kickboxing classes or girly pushups when your on your knees and dips for triceps.
