I love this webstie : www.sparkspeople.com You can keep track of everything, nutrition, work outs, cardio, etc and it helps you set a plan to lose 2 lbs a week. I'm one of those people who have no idea where to start with diet and exercise, but this site's awesome and addicting!

Shred level two works your arms really hard! add in some extra crunches and I think you'd be good to go

Have you ever tried Yoga? I used to do basic weight machines and free weights. I started taking Yoga and within a month I noticed a major change in my arms. You lift a lot of your own weight. I still do weights about once a week but I think Yoga is amazing.
