arrival time..

arrival time..

this is a stupid question but ....how early should u get to a ceremony? if its at the hall and it begins at 5 would 430 be to early?

I don't think that is too early. I think that is a good time to get there.

my ceremony starts at 3 and the guys are getting gropped off at 2:30 then the limo is picking up me and my girls right after that. So we should get there 10 min to 3. I just want FH to be surprised when he sees me.

yea same here. i'm not sure the exact timeline for limos because FH and I live literally across the street from our church. So i have to make sure he's there and inside and cant see me before i go there. If he's home he'll see me through the window!

I think 30 minutes is perfect. it gives you time to get yourself together, without having such a big gap that you get nervous or bored.

We're doing our pictures before our 5:30 ceremony and we'll be getting there around 4-4:30.

hmmm....i am usually late for many things....but i would say 15 minutes early is enough time. i guess it depends on what you need to do when you get there.

My ceremony starts at 11am and I won't want to get there before 10 to 11 since I don't want anyone to see me. I only want my bridal party (girls) and mom, FMIL and FSIL to see me...all other friends and family have to wait until they open up those double doors and I make my entrance!

my ceremony starts at 6:30 but i`m thinking get there an hour early (or more) because we are seeing one another before hand to do pics....i want to enjoy my cocktail hour, so it depends on your plans for the day.

We're taking pictures before also so we plan on getting there early.

I'm not sure about limo's as of yet. I just can't get myself to foot the money for such a short trip. I don't think its necessary.

We're planning on getting there at 10 and the ceremony starts around 11:30.

this is a very good question that i have been comtemplating time lines for a while and still havnt figured it out.

i would say 30 minutes before maybe you can get some pics with your family?
