Arrrrgh my nails!

So I'm a chronic nailbiter - inherited. I managed to grow my nails before my proposal (I knew it was coming!) but in the last month I've fallen off the wagon.

Anyone got any tips on how to stop biting them? My bpics and engagement pics are next month and I don't want chewed nails...

My mom used to put it on my fingers to get me stop biting my nails... It worked that stuff made me gag! lmao!

This stuff SAVED my nails. Best stuff in the world. You can find it at Ricky's or online. Duri Rejuvacote. It's strong stuff, but I swear it really works.

I second that!! Just don't peel them or else they'll break!

Here's another tip - my aunt was a nail biter and in order to gte her fix she would only bite one nail on her hand... she chose her right thumb so that she can still bite something but it wasn't on 'the hand' and didn't look terrible. Try that!!

Put nails in Onions...
it works.. I do it eveyr noe and then bc I CRY with Onions!!!

Ditto! I was a crazy nail biter! I was good for a few years, but I have short acrylic nails now because with my line of work I'm always washing my hands, and as hard as I try they're always breaking

It's called THUM

If I paint them, I spend the day picking off the paint! I'm terrible! I might try one of those gel manicure things before my bpics

ITA! also u can try hot sauce! dip ur nails in hot sause, rinse (don't use soap) and let them air dry

I just picked up the rejuvacote tonight. I put it on, I don't think I'm going to be able to pick this stuff off like nail polish! COOL!

If they aren't looking good by Oct 16th, I'll get one of those OPI manicures and then they will look fab for the bpics!

i was only able to stop after having tips on for 6 months lol
