although this year we am cheating to save money for our house. we got a free artificial one off freecycle.com.
we're just using it this year, then re-donating it after Xmas, as we have no place to store it in our crappy apt anyway.
Then next year when we're in our house, we'll go back to real ones.

i hate fake Christmas trees, although i have seen some very pretty ones.

i'll miss the smell this year....
i'm sure i have some pine scented candles around so i can pretend....

we have always had artificial in my house even up until this year and FH had the same but we decided that next year when we decorate for christmas we are going to go with a real tree in our apartment mainly because neither of us have ever really had one and I don't want to have to store an artificial one.

Since it is our first christmas living together we are getting a real tree.... we are going tomorrow to have my FH cut it down! i cannot wait! :)
I am so happy to be living with him this christmas! I LOVE HIM!

We currently have artificial..btw-it still makes a mess..lol

We do REAL but I feel awful thinking that a tree is being cut for like a 2-3 week period...

I might switch to artificial. They should make artificial with a pine smell!
