ARUBA

Looking into Aruba for our Honeymoon. Can you girls recommend any all-inclusive resorts you have been to and what you loved about it (why you are recommending it)

Re: ARUBA

I'm going to Aruba for my honeymoon. we have never been, but we decided not to do all inclusive though - we decided to go a little more intimate and stay at the Bucuti & Tara. It was highly recommended by my travel agent, who is actually one of my good friends' mom she is like family to me. When considering all inclusive she had us looking at the Riu ONLY if we were staying in the Jacuzzi suite not in a regular room... the Occidental with butler service... or the Raddisson. again I do not have personal experience there these were just her most highly recommended places and she's never steered me wrong, she treats me like a daughter and is always honest even about the bad stuff. Hope this helps!

ARUBA

I have never been but I have friends and family who are always raving about the Riu. If we were to go there that would definitely be where we would stay.

Re: ARUBA

Check out aruba4u.com they had the best deals when we booked our honeymoon. My travel agent actually agreed and she booked it through the site. Personally, we decided not to do all inclusive because the restaurants on the island are very good and inexpensive.

We did all inclusive at the Riu but just went to dinner most nights. If you and your fiancé are drinkers it still made sense budget wise to do it that way

I have been there 12 times over the years since 1995, unless you and FH are really big drinkers I wouldn't recommend an all inclusive.
I stay in a timeshare but if going on your Honeymoon I would look into the Marriott Hotel, Hyatt or the Radison.
If you do decide to go FM me and I can give you a list of places to eat at, you can walk to a lot now, but some are worth the cab ride!
