Re: ARUBA ....have questions..

You can not go wrong with either. We are leaving for Aruba on Monday for a getaway.(we have been there multiple times) I don't mean to add another hotel to the confusion, but a consideration...we are staying at the Radisson. IMHO you cannot go wrong with any of the three. I feel that the Radisson has a bit more tropical feel. There are talking parrots and lush grounds (they did a 25million dollar rennovation a few years ago) The other two are just as beautiful. Great restaurants in all three Japengo, Sunset Grille and Tuscany. I hope that I did not confuse you more.

ETA: the hurricane that you are talking about is a rare occurance. The ABC islands rarely see conditions like that. Don't worry

Re: ARUBA ....have questions..

I would not worry about a hurricane. Aruba is out of the hurricane belt, but I guess they do get something every once in a while, but it is rare.
I have never been, but I know lots of people who go almost every year. I have heard great things about the Radisson, Marriott and the Hyatt. Two people I worked with where arguring about what hotel was nicer the Hyatt or the Radisson. The Radisson grounds look nicer, the rooms look better and have bigger balcony's. I heard the Hyatt main lobby is just beautiful and the pool is fantastic. The Marriott is also a good choice, but I heard there is a lot of kids. I would look into all three hotels, and research them. Look up picutures on line.
I almost booked the Radisson, but decided not to go to Aruba. Only because we really wanted to go to Hawaii. I almost booked a room on the Congiere floor. You get a private Congiere, breakfast everyday and free cocktails and o'douvers every evening. The rooms are also in the new tower, which is good.

Re: ARUBA ....have questions..

I wouldnt worry about hurricanes as far as Aruba goes. We were concerned about hurricanes, so our TA recommended Aruba, Bonaire or Curacao. My brother is leaving for Aruba next week. We are going to Aruba for HM, but we are staying at the Wyndham

Re: ARUBA ....have questions..

I would go with the HYATT (GORGEOUS! ) or the Radisson- LOVE IT...My parent's room was robbed at the Marriot- so of course I wouldnt recommend, but it is a very lovely hotel otherwise
