fi and i went to aruba in august 2006 and stayed at the raddisson after hearing reviews from our friends honeymoon there. we were engaged on beach at a sunset dinner.

we got engaged at the hyatt.....it was just renovated...the rooms are awesome and the pool is fabulous...its alittle more expensive than the other hotels which was good cause there were no kids there lol

we are staying at the bucuti beach resort. it's not on the main strip. we picked it because it seems like it may be more quiet and its geared toward couples. there's a newly renovated part--the tara suites, and they are gorgeous!

The Hyatt Regency is amazinggggggg
My fh and I went there 2 years ago - a little pricey but seriously one of the nicest hotels there....beware the time of year you go, however, b/c when I went (Mid-April) there were quite a few kids running around....HTH

We went to Aruba and stayed at the Occidental for our honeymoon. It was a really nice place and had great food if you like all inclusive. If you do i would definitly book royal club level. Its worth it...

i was there last Radisson and we LOVED it. it was not as crowded as the marriot - when we walked int he marriot we felt like we were in a hotel in AC.
where ever you stay you can go to most of the hotels use their casinos and eat there
the radisson was also in a better location than the marriot because the restaurants were right across the street and in walking distance the marriot was very far down
ETA the hyatt was nice too but like the person above said - there were a lot of kids there because they have like a hyatt camp or soemthing with activities for kids. the radiisson wasnt crowded with kids

when we were there they were supposed to be opening they were working on it around the clock. it looked nice from the outside.
FMIL (she is a TA) went to check it out and said it was beautiful
