How far in advance do you make reservations for restaurants? Can you wait until you get there or should you do it before?

Re: Aruba honeymooners
I am going for 8 days. Besides El Gauchos what other ones are must do's. I have read your aruba book which is great, but there are so many recommendations. Any of them a must?

Re: Aruba honeymooners
i need to update my aruba book cause there are new restarants there...
definately do:
Blossoms inside the Wyndham (like a Benihana but much better & the chef puts on a good show)
Amazonian (waiters keep serving you meat on skewers till you cant eat anymore!)
El Gauchos
Flying Fishbone
Bucaneer (we like it alot, good prices, great service & good food)

Re: Aruba honeymooners
What about the Allegro, Jen, where you bought your timeshare? Would you recoomend staying there for the HM? Or do you think somewhere like Radisson is best? What didn't you like about the Wyndham?

Re: Aruba honeymooners
I love the Allegro and I'd stay there next time, time share or not! They are making all the rooms new & they are gorgeous! The grounds are also gorgeous, thats why we bought here! We have looked at/stayed in, quite a few hotels there & made our decision this way.
The Wyndham's rooms weren't all that nice & smelled a bit musty!
