For those of you who have gone to Aruba, We're going next month and staying at the Hyatt for a week. Can you recommend the best restaurants? I know the Hyatt has a few, not sure if they're good or not.
Also, what are some excursions not to miss?
Any help would be appreciated

Re: Aruba restaurant recommendations
Il Gaucho Madame Jeanette's Tango (there's dancer that do the tango once an hour too!)
I've been to Aruba 3 times! My mom has a timeshare.
There's also a company called Pelican Adventures that does all the snorkeling trips, evening cruises, etc. They are GREAT. You can ask the concierge about them.
FM me if you have any more questions. Its such a gorgeous island. And the Hyatt is amazing.

Re: Aruba restaurant recommendations
I've been to Aruba a dozen times, was just there again last month for work. There is a new restaurant called Old Man in the Sea - it is THE MOST ROMANTIC place you have ever been - totally outdoors, amazing, an evening you will remember forever. You should also try Papiamento (great food, big wine selection too), Flying Fishbone (my second favorite, you sit outside with your feet in the sand) and also a new place called Pinchos (located on a pier - you have to make reservations for sunset there - it is a tapas and seafood restaurant, more casual than everything above). The concierge at your hotel will have menus for all of these places. Good luck!!! Enjoy.
