YES and hated it....the service was horrible the hotel was very pretty..but the food was not good so 2 days into our trip we had our Travel agent change us to the Hyatt not all inclusive but soooo much better i will never stay at a riu hotel again

I heard the same thing. My travel agent expressed the same thing to me that it was getting a lot of bad reviews. So we switched it up.

i stayed at a riu in DR and hated it as well.
