Aruba weddings?

Anyone having a destination wedding in Aruba? Or already had one? Please reply...I'm changing my mind about my wedding there in LI. Thanks!!!

While we were on our honeymoon, we were walking on the beach one night at sunset and saw a wedding. It was very small (about 25-30 guests), very short ceremony (10 minutes) and very informal (only the bride and groom were in a dress and tux - the groosmen wore shorts). We stayed to watch (it was a public beach). Afterwards they had guys playing steel drums, and a small cake, and everyone just hung out on the beach and drank. Seems like everyone had a great time and it was very nice.

But I guess it's not for everyone - I know some of my family would die if they didn't come to my wedding, OR came but sat on a beach chair.
