Aruba..sports jacket required?

my FH and I think no, but we aren't 100% sure. The only fancy restaurants we're going to are Mirandi and Flying Fishbone...also the le Dome on the Ocean but it's on a sailboat so I would imagine it's pretty relaxed!

You definitely don't need a sports jacket for Flying Fishbone. Not sure about Mirandi. DH brought one sports jacket and never wore it.

My hubby wore a polo shirt everywhere and that was fine.

I think almost all restaurants are dinner/beach casual.
You'd be fine in a sundress too!

thanks!

The other night we couldn't find it anywhere so we went to those restaurants' web sites and they had pictures of people eating and none of the guys were wearing sports jackets!

I was there a long time ago and I remember there was a restaurant you NEEDED a jacket for. I remember they filmed a scene in a james bond movie in it - It was at our hotel and I believe French but I can't remeber the name. It wasn't one of the ones you mentioned.

Not necessary at all. We have been there multiple times. In most places a polo shirt is fine.
