Just my reception hall which is where the ceremony will be too. I'm starting my search for photo/video this weekend and hope to have that booked by the end of Jan.

I think that could be true for smaller vendors, but I dont think any hall wouldcancel your date without a written letter from you that has your signature (and they have your sig on file when you signed your contract).....

This is very true. Any vendors i book, i plan on telling them that the only way i would ever cancel with them would be to come in person!

SO that they know not to believe anyone who would call up and pretend to be me!!!!
